• All Services subject to HST

• All out of pocket expenses such as parking are additional and applicable to all service prices, including valet parking for any in hotel services.  

• Additional fees apply to services required prior to 6:00am. 

• All bookings require a non-refundable retainer of 50% to secure a date. No dates will be secured without retainer. No Bridal Hair Trial appointments may be booked unless the required retainer has been paid and the booking contract has been signed. 

• The deposit paid to confirm the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances

• If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule, they must provide notice to the Provider as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or if services cannot be performed due to the fault of the Client or their party. The Provider is not obligated to re-book services or offer a refund in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or no-shows unless both parties agree in writing.    

• Bridal Hair & Makeup Trial appointments are available in-studio, Mondays - Thursdays between 8:00am - 7:00pm.

• All photographs that the client allows the artist to take can be used for promotional use such as social media, portfolio and website.

To make the most of your bridal trial and ensure we create your dream wedding look, please follow these simple guidelines:

Before Your Appointment
Come with Inspiration – Bring photos of makeup and hairstyles you love. Consider images with models that have similar skin tones and hair types for a realistic vision.
Wear White or Light Colours – This helps you see how your makeup and hair will look against a wedding dress.
Know Your Preferences – Think about your desired level of coverage, finish (dewy, matte, natural), and any hair preferences (updo, curls, waves, etc.).

Skin & Hair Prep
Clean, Moisturized Skin – Exfoliate the night before and follow up with a hydrating mask. Arrive with a clean face (no makeup) and hydrated skin for the best application.
Dry, Clean Hair – Wash your hair the night before with minimal conditioner (avoid adding any products or heavy oils) so your hairstyle holds better. Blow-dry it smooth unless we discuss otherwise.

What to Bring
Veil & Hair Accessories – If you plan to wear a veil, hairpiece, or extensions, bring them so we can incorporate them into your look.
Lipstick for Touch-Ups – If you have a preferred lipstick shade, bring it to test with your bridal look.
Take Photos – Feel free to take pictures in different lighting to see how the makeup looks throughout the day.

Additional Notes
✔️ Trials are typically 2-4hrs long, so plan accordingly.
